Registration for the 2021-2022
school year is
January 28th, 2pm - 7pm
& January 29th, 7am - 4pm
Ellison Park Elementary is starting to plan enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year. This information is critical in determining how many teachers we will need.
If you have a student entering kindergarten next school year please fill out this form prior to January 28th.

New Student Registration:
Is done in the office. A new student packet which includes a Registration Card & Guardianship Form (court documents if needed) will need to be filled out.
Please bring the following items with you to get your child registered.
1. Proof of Residency- To be enrolled in Ellison Park Elementary School, families must present TWO forms of documentation showing that their primary residence lies within the school boundaries.
Examples are: Lease/rental/purchase agreement, utility bills, bank statement, payroll stub.
2. Certified Birth Certificate
3. Copy of the student's immunizations
4. Photo ID of parent/guardian for guardianship.
