New Student & Kindergarten Registration:

Kindergarten registration for the 2025-2026 school year will be happening in February, 10am - 2pm.

New Student Registration is open and done in the office
Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 3pm. 
Summer hours: Tuesdays 9am - noon.  

All new students and kindergarteners will have a packet which includes a Registration Card & Guardianship Form (court documents if needed) that will need to be filled out. 

Please bring the following items with you to get your child registered.

1. Proof of Residency- To be enrolled in Ellison Park Elementary School, families must present TWO forms of documentation showing that their primary residence lies within the school boundaries. 
Examples are: Lease/rental/purchase agreement, utility bills, bank statement, payroll stub. 

2. Certified Birth Certificate

3. Copy of the student's immunizations

4. Photo ID of parent/guardian for guardianship.
